It's been 5 long years since the last Cows reissue & we've got a fan-favorite on this one. It's Peacetika, originally released WAAAAAAAAAAY the eff back in 1991. This is a straight-up reissue, not remaster, so now you know.
We’ve been talking about reissuing Peacetika for a few years but hadn’t solved how to approach it as no one involved wanted to revisit the original cover as is. That they were masters of marrying humor with menace puts them in rarified strata. HAZE XXL wanted the right idea that expanded on the original tie dye art, joke, concept and era. When it hit we were off and running.
This is the Dayglo Hate Hippy Edition with fluorescent red ink for the sleeve. Vinyl is a haze of white with red haze somewhat mixing into pink & black splatters throughout. There's a little something extra on these too. Shannon Selberg from the Cows personalized each record with a hand-drawn doodle on the center label of the A-side of the record. Some of this edition was used for the sets of all 4 editions, but only 75 of them have the Shannon doodle on them.
This edition is limited to 100 copies with the edition numbers hand-stamped on the back. (Only 75 of them have the Shannon drawing.)
Catalog # is AMREP 157 to distinguish it from the original release.

We say this nearly every time & maybe one day it'll work, but PLEASE place everything you want into 1 ORDER.
If there are multiple orders placed from the same customers we will either combine them with no refund on postage, or they will be sent out exactly as placed.
C'mon, it's hard enough processing a couple hundred orders quickly without this AND responding to all the emails requesting combined shipping and refunds. This delays EVERY order.
